CONTENT YOU POST ON THE SITE:
The blog posting sections of the Site give you an opportunity to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your opinions and reviews. In addition, the content you post and recommendations you make may provide information about your beliefs to us. If you choose to post such information, you acknowledge and agree that such information will be viewable by us and other users of the Site.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may collect additional information from you if you access our Site through a mobile device (e.g. your unique device identifier, device’s operating system, mobile carrier, general location, or with your consent, your precise GPS/geo-location).
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. LEGAL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT:
We may provide your information to law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third parties, in good faith in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other PJbooks user to legal liability. In such events, we will only disclose information relevant and necessary to the investigation or inquiry, such as name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, user ID history, IP address, fraud complaints, and anything else we may deem relevant to the investigation.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. The Site is a general audience site and it is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect “personal information” (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or “COPPA”) on our Site.

(b) How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals for California Residents: California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) provides that California residents are entitled to know how PJBASSBOOKS responds to "Do Not Track" browser settings. NOTICE OF RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
California residents may opt-out of the “sale” of their personal information. Under the CCPA, “sale” is broadly defined to mean the sharing of personal information with third parties who are not acting as our service providers or who are otherwise not restricted from using data only on our behalf or pursuant to an applicable CCPA exception.
